Meduncook Plantation:
Developed in subsequent phases, Meduncook Plantation will contain up to 26 lots. Twelve lots have about 225-feet of saltwater frontage and most other lots will have spectacular views from the side slopes or top of 135-foot high Meduncook Hill. All lots in Meduncook Plantation will be 2-acres or more in size.
Meduncook Plantation common areas will include a wharf, ramp and float adjacent to the Meduncook River Channel and a picnic/recreation area adjacent to the wharf. A forested common area approximately 100-acres in size containing a recreational nature trail system will be protected by a conservation easement. All common facilities will be owned and managed by a homeowners’ association.
